Welcome to Sarah’s Cookie Queendom. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these provisions with due diligence before partaking in our Realm.
1. Acceptance of Queendom Provisions
These Terms govern all interactions with Sarah’s Cookie Queendom, whether conducted via our website, email correspondence, or in-person pickup. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
2. Purpose of This Website
Sarah’s Cookie Queendom is a parent-managed vanity website created to support Sarah’s participation in Girl Scout Product Programs and to share her goals, progress, and entrepreneurial journey.
This website is not an independent ecommerce store.
3. Perishable Goods, Quality Assurance & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of these products, all sales are final once delivery has completed. We stand behind our product excellence with the following policies:
Quality Discrepancies: In the rare event of transit damage, notify us within 12 hours with photographic proof.
Remedy Process: Validated damaged shipments qualify for an immediate complimentary re-delivery.
Allergen Notice: Products are prepared in a kitchen handling tree nuts, dairy, and gluten. Allergen details are stated per item.
Taste Preference: Replacements are not granted based on subjective palate disagreements. There are no refunds, all sales are final.
4. Intellectual Property & Queendom Assets
All trademarks, royal insignia, packaging design, photography, and written text across this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sarah’s Cookie Queendom. Sarah’s Cookie Queendom is not an official website of: Girl Scouts of the USA, Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest
Girl Scout names, trademarks, product names, program information, and official sales platforms remain the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial imitation is strictly prohibited under governing copyright and trademark statutes.
5. Limitation of Liability & Royal Governing Law
In no event shall Sarah’s Cookie Queendom be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product handling, delays attributable to third-party shipping couriers, or improper post-delivery storage. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable state statutes.
Sarah’s Cookie Queendom does not independently process Girl Scout Product Program purchases or payments.
When products are available, visitors may be directed to official Girl Scout Product Program platforms for ordering, payment, delivery, shipping, or donation options.
Product availability, prices, shipping fees, delivery options, program dates, and ordering rules are determined by the applicable official Girl Scout Product Program.
6. No Cookie Pre-Orders
Cookie orders are not accepted through Sarah’s Cookie Queendom before the official Cookie Program begins.
Joining Sarah’s Royal Cookie List does not constitute a preorder, reservation, or guarantee of product availability.
7. Other
Email Notifications:
Visitors may voluntarily join Sarah’s Royal Cookie List to receive email notifications about Cookie Season and related Girl Scout Product Program announcements.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.
Physical Mail:
Adult supporters may voluntarily join Sarah’s Royal Mail Club to receive occasional physical mail.
Participation is optional and may be canceled at any time.
Accuracy of Information:
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and current.
However, Girl Scout Product Program information may change, including:
Dates
Product availability
Prices
Shipping costs
Delivery methods
Program rules
When there is a difference between information on Sarah’s Cookie Queendom and an official Girl Scout Product Program platform, the official program information controls.
Appropriate Use:
Visitors agree not to use this website to:
Harass or contact Sarah directly
Request private information about Sarah
Attempt to obtain Sarah’s personal contact information, school information, home address, or private schedule
Misuse website forms
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
Privacy:

Changes to these Terms:
